The Lions Club is the largest service organisation in the world. Lions Members – men and women – are dedicated to the idea that people who live in a community are in the best position to know who needs help and why.

Lions Clubs improve the quality of life in their local communities by providing immediate and sustained relief in times of disaster and also offer both short and long term assistance to those in need.

To accomplish this Lions Clubs conduct numerous projects many of which you have seen in your own area. Projects are used to assist the disadvantaged in their local community. “Circus Quirkus” is one of the projects used by some Lions Clubs to help achieve these goals.

Whenever there is a need, Lions members are there to help. The motto of every Lions is simply – “We Serve”.
